ExoFreeze treatment is strictly contraindicated for individuals with cold-sensitivity disorders such as cryoglobulinemia, cold urticaria, Raynaud’s disease, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. You are also disqualified if you have electronic or metal implants (like pacemakers or surgical plates) near the target area, active cancer, severe liver or kidney disease, or blood clotting disorders. Local physical barriers such as hernias, open wounds, impaired nerve sensation, or recent surgeries (less than 6–12 months old) in the treatment zone also prevent candidacy. Finally, the procedure is not permitted for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, nor is it intended as a primary solution for clinical obesity.

The results are permanent because the ExoFreeze treatment actually destroys the fat cells in the targeted area through CryoLipolysis. Once those fat cells are frozen and eliminated, they don't regenerate or come back. To keep your arms looking toned and firm, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is always a good idea, but the fat reduction itself is a long-term change.

We recommend staying really well-hydrated both before and after your appointment, as this helps your lymphatic system flush out the dead fat cells more efficiently. It’s also a good idea to wear comfortable clothing; since we’re focusing on the arms, a tank top or sleeveless shirt is perfect so we can easily access the treatment area. Other than that, there’s no special prep needed!
